3) Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information and documents you submit.
• You agree to promptly cooperate for KYC, e-stamp, e-registration, notarization, biometrics, or in-person visits if required by law.
• You are solely responsible for execution/signing of documents and for compliance with applicable registration and stamping requirements.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Government Fees

• Our displayed prices generally cover our professional/service fees only, unless specified.
• Statutory charges (e.g., stamp duty, registration fees, cess, surcharges, biometric fees, courier, notary, attestation) are additional and payable by you.
• We may revise prices at any time before order confirmation.

5) Payments, Invoices & Refunds

• Payments must be made through the methods shown on our website or shared payment links.
• Invoices/receipts are issued electronically to your registered email address.
• Refunds (if any) are subject to: (a) work not yet initiated, and (b) deduction of administrative costs and any irreversible third-party/government charges already incurred.
• No refunds once drafts are delivered or filings/appointments have been initiated, except where required by law.

6) Turnaround Times

Any timelines shared are estimates and depend on your prompt responses, appointment availability, government system uptime, and other third-party dependencies. Delays beyond our control do not constitute a breach.

7) Drafting, Reviews & Approvals

• Drafts are prepared from the inputs you provide. You must review and approve them before execution/filing.
• Your approval signifies that the draft meets your requirements; we are not liable for errors or omissions you approve.
• Post-approval changes may attract additional fees.

8) Digital Signatures & Electronic Communication

You consent to receive communications electronically and to use electronic signatures/OTP where applicable. You are responsible for safeguarding devices, email, and OTPs used to access our services.

9) Third-Party Platforms & Government Portals

Our services may rely on third-party or government systems. We do not control their availability, accuracy, or timelines and are not responsible for outages, rejections, or changes in processes.

10) Prohibited Use

• Submitting false, misleading, forged, stolen, or unlawful documents or details.
• Infringing the rights of others or using our services for illegal purposes.
• Introducing malware, scraping, or attempting to access our systems without authorization.

11) Intellectual Property

Website content, workflows, templates, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to A3 Legal Services. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use outputs for your personal or business purpose related to the specific engagement. No other rights are granted.

12) Confidentiality & Data Protection

13) Limitation of Liability
